Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I was told by many to have a "Bio" page, and help put a face to my work. So here it is.

First off, Thank-You for taking the time to look at my website. The fact you are just looking at my work or possibly considering me to be your photographer, is a compliment in itself.

My name is Dean Landry and I am the owner and sole photographer for D`Vision Imaging. I come from a very close family who I love very much. Outside of my profession I enjoy travelling and learning about other cultures, going to the Drive-In or Movie Theatre, I like hosting a nice dinner party, I enjoy live music or sports, I don't have a favorite team in any sport and I am a MMA fan.

I graduated for Photography from Fanshawe College in 2001 and I have been working at building D`Vision Imaging ever since.

The slogan for D`Vision Imaging is 'Exposure for People and Products', so that means I take photos of pretty much everything. I am fortunate to be able to spend so much of my time in life doing something that I truly enjoy. In my opinion, the goal of a photographer is to provide insight; be that of a moment in time or of a person's character, or even to showcase a product. Most images will have no concrete points or message but rather allow you the viewer/subject to understand it in your own way and take from it what you wish. I strive to create emotionally charged reactions and hope my work will continue to do that more and more.

I have been asked several times what my shooting style is and I always had a hard time answering. Now, I can say my shooting style is what I like to call, "Free Style"; A mix of styles people have called their own resulting in a blend of posed, candid, traditional, un-traditional, fashion inspired, retro, sexy, photo journalistic, modern, contemporary, all wrapped into one. It seems to work well!! For you technical folks, I use Nikon equipment.

D`Vision Imaging is a fully functional Photography & Design company catering to Creative Portraiture, Wedding Photography, Commercial Product exposure & Fashion Photography.

Located at 100 Ahrens st. west, Kitchener, Studio 203 is where imagination is taking form. It is here where I embrace conventional & unconventional photography & produce works, hold consultations and edit my work.
